Welcome to My New Site!

I'm excited to present this ministry to the world! I've always felt a calling to minister to those who were down on their luck, and I hope to do just that as a street chaplain.

"What's a street chaplain?" You ask. Think about all that a regular chaplain does: providing a listening ear and, sometimes, some sound advice to those who need guidance; connecting people with services; being there to help in times of crisis, grief, loss, and other such situations; providing spiritual help and services. These are all things that chaplains do for people outside of the church body. A street chaplain does all of these things, and more, for people on the streets, whether they're lost, trying to get home after a night on the town, or down on their luck, living on the streets. Especially those who are living on the streets.

You can expect this blog to include some scriptures for different situations. The Bible is God's word to the world, and as such it includes guidance on lots of different situations and needs. Some of this guidance is comfort and encouragement, and some of it is advice and admonition.
